- Receive 32 oz. primer and 8 oz activator. Mix 4 parts primer : 1 part activator. Apply 1 coat. Wait 5 min. Apply another coat. Wait 30 min. Wetsand 600 grit and apply base coat. Covers 3-4 panels.
