COVID-19 Message to our Customers: Supporting our Scratchwizard employees during this crisis period is critical to providing you with a high quality product and customer service you need and expect. We have taken action to prevent the spread of COVID-19, to protect the physical well-being of our employees and also comply with federal and state regulations to shelter in place. We are keeping our fulfillment centers open with minimal production technicians while transitioning our customer service personnel to work remotely. To allow this transition to happen, we will temporarily move our customer service platform to an "email-only" service. As a result of these changes, you might see an impact on "response" times to your customer service inquiries and requests. Our fulfillment times may also take longer than normal.
