We offer the following shipping options:
We offer Fedex Home Delivery & Fedex Ground. Please allow 1-5 business days for transit (3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii) based on distance to destination*. Aerosol spray paint, bulk paint, or other ORM-D products are restricted to ground delivery.
We offer Priority USPS shipping to all USA states and territories*. Please note that not all products qualify for USPS shipping options. Please allow 1-3 business days for transit based on distance to destination*.
* Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Duties/taxes and any customs fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
We will not be shipping or delivering on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Once we ship your order with the shipping service requested and it is now in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for your package delivery or delivery time. If your package is delayed or missing, it is now the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier in order to find the whereabouts of the package.
Once the the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but the customer can't find the package (e.g. missing from doorstep, etc.) it is the customer's responsibility to open a claim with the shipping carrier to investigate the whereabouts of the package.
