CONTROL OF INFORMATION

Your Information. You may update or correct your online account information by logging into your online account and updating your information or by calling Customer Service . You may also email us at privacy@scratchwizard.net if you wish to deactivate your online account, but note that we may retain information about you for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Scratchwizard by by emailing your request to info@scratchwizard.net. If you change your mind, you can opt-in again, by emailing this same address. When you opt-out of promotional communications from us, you may still receive service messages (such as an order confirmation), legally mandated notices, and critical messages that relate to the ability to use services you have purchased from us.

Location Information. You also have the ability to turn location-based services on and off by adjusting the settings of your Internet browser or mobile device. You can also stop our collection of location information in connection with our mobile applications by following the standard uninstall process and removing all Scratchwizard applications from your mobile device.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

SECURITY OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information, and we use a range of technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. PROTECTION OF CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Scratchwizard.net is a general interest website, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

PRIVACY AND ONLINE FORUMS

Information you post in online forums on the site is accessible to other people who can access the forums and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. Personal information stored in your forum profile will not be displayed in the forum.

PRIVACY AND TELL-A-FRIEND FORMS

When you use a tell-a-friend form on the site, we ask for the friend's name and email address. We will use this information to automatically send the specified email message to the friend. We will not use this information to contact the friend in the future. We will retain the information you provide for tracking purposes.
